At Cuckoo Candles, our main goal is to bring authentic warmth and joy into our customers’ homes. From explaining where the heart of Cuckoo Candles really began, to helping our customers select their favourite signature scents, we take immense pride in every candle we pour.
Living and working beside the harbour means our inspirations are drawn directly from nature: the mist clinging to fishing boats in the early dawn, wild coastal flora blooming along stone cliffs, and the cozy glow of candlelit hearths when Atlantic storms roll in.
How Every Cuckoo Candle is Made
100% Sustainable Soy Wax
We never compromise with paraffin or harsh petroleum additives. Our pure soy wax is sustainably farmed, biodegradable, and burns at a lower temperature for a longer, soot-free flame.
Poured & Cured by Hand
Each candle is measured, blended with premium oils at optimal temperatures, and hand-poured in micro-batches right here in our workshop. Each batch cures for up to two weeks to achieve maximum scent throw.
Hand-Finished & Wrapped
Wicks are hand-trimmed, vessels hand-labelled, and every order is safely packed in eco-friendly paper packaging before being sent straight from the harbour to your door.
